First of all , type in run
- Now find the control panel option
- When Local Group Policy Editor opens, navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates then select Control Panel in the left Column. In the right column double-click on Prohibit access to the Control Panel.
- click OK
- After finish you will see the control panel is no longer showing in start menu.
- To enable it follow the same process but just select not configured option.
