How to Disable Control Panel in Any Os?

You know disable the control panel in a PC means, the computer which are running by you is protected from making any changes without admin permission. So what ever OS like windows xp, vista, 7 or windows8 you use, you can easily disable control panel to prevent unauthorised access.
There are many PC users have to share the computer with others and that's why if anybody can access to control panel, able to install software or remove any software from control panel. Not only installing software but also changes the system password and to create new users must need to access control panel. So guys for control panel its a very sensitive part in any OS. To keep your PC protected, you must need to keep control of your control panel. And disabling to access to the control panel is the best way to do so. Now lets see how to disable and enable control panel in xp, vista, windows 7 and windows 8?

How to Disable Control Panel in Any Os?

First of all , type in run
  1. gpedit.msc
  2. Enter
  3. Now find the control panel option
  4. When Local Group Policy Editor opens, navigate to User Configuration \ Administrative Templates then select Control Panel in the left Column. In the right column double-click on Prohibit access to the Control Panel.
  5. click OK
  6. After finish you will see the control panel is no longer showing in start menu.
  7. To enable it follow the same process but just select not configured option.
You are done.
So guys the above method can be used for windows xp, vista, windows 7 and windows 8
