step1.Go to http://www.google .com
step2.type on search box ..vmlite
step3.Download vm lite from the search results web site.may be for vmlite home page you have to register first to download it.so give your email and register from there .its free to register.
step4.download windows xp mode from here
step5.now you have vmlite and windows xp mode. so at first Install vm lite works station.
step6.when Install complete choose second tab as option to run vm lite .
step.7 now for running vm lite win xp mode locate the file windows xp mode which you just downloaded.
step8.now open vm lite very few minutes later it will configure windows xp mode to run windows xp in windows 7 .
step9.now you can see windows xp on your windows 7 screen just adjust the windows xp desktop and you are done.
